We do offer returns on orders for store credit within 5 days of delivery date. (Shipping charges are non-refundable)
Merchandise must be unworn and in the same condition as bought or refund may be declined.

Return shipping is not covered by NEWLIFE
Once we receive the item and inspect it to ensure it was not worn, you will receive your store credit for the full price of the item.
We do not offer any direct exchanges.
