Yes! Every item is washed/ sanitized before it gets in your hands so there is no need to worry!

Yes, all of our items are vintage or preloved unless otherwise stated since our goal is to make fashion sustainable and circular.

Prices are in CAD but you can change it to your local currency using the selector in the header (footer on mobile)!

Our shipping rates would be higher if ordering from both our locations since we have to ship the products separately. It is cheaper if your order total is over $120 or FREE over $150! (with products from both locations)

We require 1 to 3 business days in order to get your order together and processed. If it has been over that time frame please check your spam folder first. If it is not there please contact us and we will resolve the situation!

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. If there was an issue with your order please contact us at info@newlifeclo.ca and we will work with you to resolve any problem!

Yes, they absolutely can be! We categorize garments as "Men's" and "Women's" based on the brand's sizing classification. Make sure to take into account Men's sizing it generally bigger compared to Women's. Our product measurements on each item would give you a more accurate idea on what the sizing is like!
