Shipping

We aim to have your item shipped within 1-3 business days!

We ship worldwide!

We are located in Edmonton, AB Canada. If you are located outside of Canada your order may be subject to additional customs or duties charges. If you have any inquiries regarding duties, customs and taxes in your country, contact your local customs office.

If your order has already been shipped there is unfortunately nothing we can do. If you have yet to receive a shipping confirmation please contact us ASAP via email at info@newlifeclo.ca or DM via our social media.

Returns

Due to the nature of our business all sales are final. If there was an issue with your order, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us at info@newlifeclo.ca :)

Orders are not able to be cancelled once placed.

Products

Yes, the vast majority of our items are second-hand or vintage. To be as sustainable as possible we believe in promoting a circular economy through selling clothing that has already been produced. Some items may be new but it will be marked as so in the description or title.

Yes, all of our items are professionally laundered or sanitized prior to sale. Everything is ready to wear right when you get it!

We provide product measurements for every item so you can be sure! We recommend measuring a similar item already in your closet and comparing the measurements to get the most accurate fit. Feel free to contact us for any additional measurements or assistance!

We provide both the 'tagged' size as well as our own 'recommended size' as vintage sizing can be different than standard sizing at times. The tagged size is the size on the item's tag if it is present. Our recommended size takes the product measurements into account to give you an estimate on fit based on industry standards.
